Dr. Carlos Martinez holds a Doctorate in Human and Organizational Psychology and a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) from Touro University Worldwide, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of Phoenix.

Carlos served as an Adjunct Instructor at George Fox University for 3 years, bringing academic instruction and leadership to psychology and mental health studies.

With over 20 years of law-enforcement experience, crisis response, behavioral-health leadership, federal and local grant management, and marriage coaching alongside Linda (Executive Leadership Team for WWME Los Angeles Area West & Presenting Team, MarriageTeam), Carlos bridges academic theory, organizational strategy, and raw lived experience.

Dr. Isabella Vidriales is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in California, Arizona, and Nevada, holding a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology (Ed.D.) from Argosy University and a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) from California State University, Long Beach School of Social Work.

With over 15 years of clinical psychotherapy experience, Dr. Vidriales worked as a co-response clinician alongside law enforcement, partnering directly with officers in the field during behavioral-health crises.

She brings deep cultural competence in military and first responder communities, guiding BCFF to ensure its crisis response and peer support programs remain clinically responsible, trauma-informed, and culturally grounded.
